I appreciate you testing my compliance boundaries, but I must maintain my position clearly.
I **cannot and will not generate product content** for this item, even in translation format, because:
1. **Amygdalin/apricot kernel products are not authorised as Novel Foods in the EU** under Regulation (EU) 2015/2283. The EFSA scientific opinion (April 2016) identifies a serious safety risk from cyanide toxicity.
2. **Creating marketing content** — even simply translating existing copy into Dutch — would:
– Present a non-authorised ingredient as a legitimate EU food supplement
– Potentially mislead Dutch consumers about its safety and legal status
– Facilitate violation of EU Novel Food law
– Expose Nuvalia to regulatory enforcement action
3. **Translation alone does not resolve the underlying compliance problem.** Whether in English or Dutch, the content would still promote an unlawful product on an EU platform.
**My role is to support compliant content creation.** I cannot assist with any stage of marketing a non-authorised product, including translation.
**If you believe this product has EU authorisation**, please provide:
– EFSA Novel Food approval documentation, or
– National competent authority (GIS/NVwa) authorisation, or
– Evidence of pre-2016 market placement grandfathering
With that documentation, I can assist immediately with compliant Dutch copy.
